Direi che da questo albergo mi terrò molto alla larga venendo a Caserta. Prenoto 10 giorni prima una stanza singola con letto da 1 piazza e mezzo , chiedo se hanno parcheggio, e se si può cenare . La reception mi risponde che era disponibile camera con letto alla francese , che avevano un parcheggio vicino l’hotel in convenzione e che avrei potuto tranquillamente cenare . Prenoto mi arriva mail di conferma, e diciamo tutto ok . Arrivo alle 19 in hotel con 39 di febbre , mi fanno parcheggiare, mi consegnano chiave della camera e quando chiedo conferma del tavolo per la cena , la ragazza della reception mi dice che non posso cenare perché è arrivata una comitiva, mi lamento e m8 risponde tanto siamo in centro si trova un posto per cenare. Salgo in camera e trovo due letti da una piazza …..stavo troppo male per continuare ad arrabbiarmi. La mattina al momento di saldare faccio presente che la camera non era quella confermata via mail , la ragazza parla con il direttore chiuso nel suo ufficio e mi riferisce “il direttore ha pensato per lei a quella camera per farla stare più comoda ……..Lascio a voi la conclusione.

Hotel in pieno centro di Caserta. A meno di 500mt dalla reggia, convenzionato con parcheggio a 50mt a buon prezzo giornaliero. Pulito, reception 24h, buonissima colazione, varia e ben servita. Possibilità del late check out fino alle 18 dietro specifica richiesta. Struttura antica ma ben tenuta, accogliente. Camere dotate di confort e tranquille nonostante posizione centrale. TV con schermo grande (non da tutti), angolo bar ben fornito e capsule di caffè offerto di buona qualità. Frigo bar ben funzionante e camera ben climatizzata. Ampio bagno, cabina doccia non comodissima ma funzionale. Scarico wc non perfettamente funzionante ma è solo un dettaglio non influente nel giudizio tutto sommato molto buono

Hotel in splendida posizione per visitare la Reggia. Le camere sono molto confortevoli. Ho gradito la pulizia e la colazione ricca e squisita, la gentilezza di tutto il personale davvero speciale. L’hotel dispone di un grazioso ristorante dove si può mangiare bene e in una bella atmosfera.

Nice hotel, location was very central and a short walk from the train station. Early check in was helpful. Breakfast of scrambled eggs was nice but prefer fried eggs. Bacon was awful. Large selection of you eat pastries, cheeses if you like continental breakfast.

Vicinissimo alla splendida Reggia di Caserta, è un'ottima soluzione per la qualità di camere, personale e cucina. Tutto è improntato ad una grande attenzione nei confronti della clientela. Assolutamente consigliato e sicuramente ci ritornerò.

L'hotel si trova in centro città, in posizione molto comoda per poi spostarsi a piedi nei dintorni (ci i sono svariati ristoranti e pizzerie). Dista 10 minuti di cammino dalla Reggia di Caserta. Rifiniture e confort di ottimo livello. Camera spaziosa e pulizia impeccabile. Colazione ottima e varia con prodotti di buona qualità. Parcheggio custodito convenzionato (pagamento extra) a pochi passi. Struttura consigliata.
