Hotel molto grande e dispersivo , adatto per congressi sicuramente. A 4 km dalla reggia di Caserta. Camera ordinata e pulita. Mi ha fatto molto sorridere, il letto Gigantesco, tre piazze... Letto adatto per sei persone. Ho dormito divinamente.

Sono stato stanotte precisamente la notte del 6 ottobre , sono rimasto subito male perché il frigorifero era spento e senza una bottiglia di acqua !! Mi sono recato in bagno e c’erano solo 2 asciugamani per la doccia sporchi e di due materiali e modello diverso , quelli del bidè non disponibili non ho parole . Da non venire più e da non consigliare ( stanza 481 )

Hotel permitiu fazer o check-in antes do horário previsto. Quarto grande, limpo, camas confortáveis, banheiro grande com secador de cabelos, e itens de higiene disponíveis. O quarto possui uma varanda bem agradável. O wi-fi é péssimo, só funciona junto a porta de entrada do quarto e nas áreas comuns a todos os hospedes. Café da manhã muito bom. Recepcionistas muito solicitos e educados. Tem estacionamento, importante pois a localização é boa para quem possui auomóvel.

Hotel grandissimo, mezzo deserto e leggermente inquietante. Vi si accede da un sottopassaggio e si raggiungono le stanze da un dedalo di corridoi silenziosi e deserti. la camere sono comode e la hall gigante (fa eco se si parla). Ci sono anche una serie di locali o negozi interni che al momento della mia visita erano chiusi o abbandonati. Comunque malgrado la gentilezza del personale è un hotel che seppur visitato per lavoro mette una certa inquietudine.

Sono arrivata in questo hotel perso nel nulla in mezzo alla campagna e posteggio sotterraneo, dove da sola ho salito i bagagli nella hall, collegata da un ascensore.....ma va be'! Hall immersa, vuota, anzi desolata e senza aria condizionata. Premetto che la mia destinazione non era caserta e che l' ho scelto solo per la piscina e rilassarmi due giorni. All'arrivo mi viene detto che la piscina non è funzionante e che è comunicato sul loro sito, dandomi come contentino uno sconto sulle consumazioni. Vado in camera, attraverso corridoi alla shining....senza triciclo...e mi metto a verificare il loro sito e quello con il quale avevo prenotato e non c è traccia della chiusura della piscina chiedo una soluzione e semmai di trasferirmi altrove e dopo aver riferito al direttore mi viene offerto, visto che era una tariffa senza rimborso, un altro hotel (d categoria inferiore) ma con piscina....hotel INN NAPLES ancora più disperso nel nulla e lontano dalla.mia destinazione senza frigo e con servizio pessimo. Il Plaza nn lo sceglierei mai più anche se in passato avrà avuto le sue potenzialità, ma.oggi sembra abbandonato con nessuna attenzione verso il.cliente. decisamente non in linea con gli standard di un 4 stelle e dei marriott. Sono stato per una notte dopo riunione di lavoro a Caserta terminata tardi. Ho alloggiato solo per pernottamento perché la mattina avevo treno in prima mattinata. La stanza spaziosa anche se con moquette piena di acari e chi soffre di allergie alla polvere ha sicuramente problemi , mi è capitata stanza che si affaccia sulla strada principale molto trafficata e quindi molto rumorosa, bagno nella norma, frigorifero vuoto con una bottiglietta di acqua offerta però sul tavolino nella stanza al caldo. Ho chiesto di poter avere una bottiglia di acqua fresca e un succo di frutta mi è stato risposto che dovevo scendere di corsa perché alle 23 il bar chiudeva (erano le 22,50). Dulcis in fundo la mattina ho chiesto un taxi direzione stazione e mi è stato risposto che loro potevano fornire solo NCC al prezzo minimo di 15€. ( distanza dalla stazione 2,1 km). Avendo mezz’ora di tempo per prendere il treno ho chiesto mio malgrado l’auto NCC. Dopo aver avuto la garanzia dell’arrivo in 10-15 minuti a distanza di mezz’ora e’ arrivato un van non per me ma per un gruppo di turisti che lo avevano chiesto dopo di me. Sconsigliato!!!!

Camera vetusta con aria condizionata esageratamente alta. Nei corridoi, negli ascensori e nella hall aria non climatizzata con conseguente caldo asfissiante . Doccia situata all’ interno della vasca da bagno … asciugamani consumate, Assenza di prese elettriche ai lati del letto

Welcome to Bizarro World! The general description of the place on this page was accurate when Plaza Caserta opened. We stayed here overnight on our way to Sorrento in June '24. I have NO idea what happened to this city, and the Google is not giving up her secrets. Everything online is as though the place is preserved as it must have appeared 20 or so years ago. All around, as we drove in, there was economic ruin and utter urban decay. Many condemned and derelict buildings. It felt as though we were on a movie set, and I wasn't sure if it was a comedy or a horror flick. The staff were good enough, but everyone acted as though they didn't notice the opulent hotel they work in was crumbling around them. The pictures posted here seem to be computer renderings before it even opened. That glorious pool? Empty, crumbling, and full of pigeons. That luscious landscaping? Full of weeds and bone dry. This place was amazing when it opened, but we were actually a little scared, at first. HOWEVER, all that said, the room was clean (despite some questionable stains on the couch), HUGE and COOL! Our spacious room had 2 bathrooms! Breakfast was outstanding, and a short walk away (touring through the dilapidated surroundings), we found a very memorable, fresh meal. But, again, everyone was acting as though they were awaiting a bustling crowd, and we were the only ones there. I was in a quandary over how many stars to offer--we had an amazing night's sleep after a very taxing travel day to Rome from US, with a train strike forcing us to hire a taxi to take us there for over 300 pounds. My son was very disappointed in the state of the pool, and, truly, all we wanted to do was go chill out there. Nothing I search reveals why there were so many skeletal remains of what was clearly a bustling city. As I write this, I don't actually expect it will be published because I assume censorship is why there is nothing online about the decay or Caserta.
