Nice, clean, easy access, and super friendly staff that makes you feel safe at all times. Highly recomended. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean room friendly staff

I did not have a good stay - no towels provided, music playing nearby throughout the night, dodgy electrics which damaged my phone, staff unwilling to help resolve issues. There seem to be much nicer options along the beach, worth looking at.

Great for solo travelers or groups. Super friendly staff, 24 hours security. Good internet.

This hotel is not reliable or honest. I wrote them an email days before my arrival informing them that we will be arriving at 2am. I arrived at 2am with my family and they said they sold the room to someone else. Funny thing is I had already paid in full and they did not cancel/refund the booking with *******; thus, being paid twice for the same room. Out of desperation, I had to sleep in a dorm room with my two kids and 6 strangers since it was 2am and there were no other options. They gave very partial refund that I had not option but to accept in that moment. When I tried to address this with ******* to get a more complete refund, the property refused. Overall bad experience and when they had the chance to do the right thing for a customer they refused. ******* has been no help in this situation as they let the hotel decide whether to refund or not. Of course a dishonest hotel would not offer an honest refund and ******* does not support the customer.

Great location. Small 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. We loved it. Breakfast could be bigger but good enough to give you energy for the morning swim.

The property was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay there again!
