We visited Daydreamer in September when we were in the area but couldn't stay at that time. We came back last weekend for one night and had a great time. It was very peaceful and the grounds are amazing- two fire pits, a pool, a heated greenhouse for lounging or reading. All in impeccable shape. We got in too late to eat but they have a nice selection of drinks and snacks in their store. Check-in was easy and we loved Frida's Garden dome. The view was so serene. We love that each dome has its own theme and look forward to staying in a different one the next visit. We had a little snafu with our water due to the pool being winterized earlier that day but Missy and her staff more than made it up to us. We would highly recommend you book a stay at Daydreamer Domes!

The dome had dirt and rocks in the water. We couldn't brush our teeth or have drinking water. They didn't offer any solution to the problem. There was nothing relaxing about the stay. No chairs to enjoy the outdoors. It was missing the "luxurious" aspect that they described. The bedding was so crunchy and loud due to how shiny it was. The faucet, shower and fridge handles all fell off. The door somehow locked us out of the dome in the middle of the night. The tub is charming but useless as you can't fill the tub up because there is no water pressure. Lastly, the highway noise is very loud. They offered to make things right due to the water issues, but never followed through.

Daydreamer Domes was an awesome, unique experience. The dome was comfortable and decorated nicely.
We didn’t get to use the pool but the area looked awesome.
My husband and I both tried a float for the first time and it was cool!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

This place is so amazing. It's so unique and creative. I went for my first time in July, and fell in love. Came back in September and definitely will be back in 2025. The owner is amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the stay inside of the domes make this place one-of-a-kind.

Stayed at the Domes over the weekend. Not only was the staff, especially Danielle, super amazing but the Domes themselves are awesome. A soak in that deep tub and the incredible view was exactly what I needed. The beds are very comfortable, the room was extremely clean, they even have a mini fridge/microwave/coffee in the rooms. They have multiple trails that you can walk, some ponds that you can fish, an awesome pool area and club house. They are glamping at it's finest!! I will definitely be coming back!

This place is a trip! Giant boom box says it all. If you are looking for something unusual this is it, and it's a lot. I had the chance to take a float here and get a tour and I'll be staying here in July when I come back. The pool is awesome and I had a chance to sample some of their new menu and it's great, really inventive for the area. And the owners name is Missy. Sold.

Wow! What a hip vacation spot just a quick trip from Chicago. A group of us spent a fun and rejuvenating weekend at the Domes. It was a one-of-a-kind experience! The domes are like sleeping in modern spaceships, the grounds are beautiful the super cool clubhouse was great for hanging out. The management really wants to make you happy. We loved the sound bath, yoga, fire-walking, fermenting class, float tanks and more. We will be back in a heartbeat!
