The hotel is average, the facilities are old, and the management is particularly chaotic. During this stay, the cash in US dollars was stolen by the waiter. Simple and clean hotel that is close to the main sights. Soundproofing of the windows from the Main Street is not as good so you might hear some noise at night. Staff was nice and the lobby is beautiful but service can be improved to make this a better experience. We asked if the hotel could help provide an umbrella as it was raining heavily but the reception simply replied that they did not provide umbrellas without offering alternative places to get one.
