The air conditioning does not work. The cleanliness was deficient. The rooms smell like smoke even though they claim the rooms are non-smoking. The breakfast is very poor. The machines at the gym are broken. The man at the reception is not very nice.
The location is alright, near two tram stops.

The location is very good, very close to the beach and attractions, the room is also good, it comforted my heart that was hurt by Fez and Chefchaouen, and it felt good. You can't reach the attractions on foot, you need to drive, and the parking fee at the mosque is 10 dirhams.

Clean modern beautiful hotel. But for some reason towel is given in 1 piece and it is unusually small. Also there was no toothbrush and toothpaste.
