Arrivé fatigué d'un long voyage vers minuit, l'acceuil chaleureux par RACHID, le veilleur de nuit, m'a fait beaucoup de bien. Check-In efficace et rapide, il a porté mes bagages jusqu'à la chambre et j'ai senti sa fierté pour me la faire visiter. Bravo Rachid! Le dimanche, je n'ai pas trouvé un endroit à proximité pour déjeuner. Je me suis renseigné à la réception et là...bonne surprise...on a mobilisé un cuisinier juste pour moi et qui m'a preparé une excellente salade Maroccaine, suivi par de bonnes brochettes. Heureux et comblé je me suis retiré pour faire la sieste. Merci beaucoup pour votre gentillesse KHADEJA, je me suis senti "comme à la maison" et je recommande chaleureusement cet établissement. Hôtelier à la retraite, j'ai été très sensible à cette hospitalité à l'ancienne (en voie de dispartion hélas) .

Excellent. Deserves it's 4 star rating. Why? It's staff. Firstly a super friendly and efficient Khadija is on reception. Always able to assist with a smile. Also Mohamed who provided a welcome assistance at the restaurant and superb room service. I have travelled to many places in the world and this surely tops my list at feeling most at ease. A large, well equipped room with excellent sound proofing. Great Wifi, a good sized bathroom, main room and a balcony which is really a little terrace. Super clean thanks to an efficient, friendly room cleaning. Comfortable beds and smart clean cotton linen. Everything works well in the room. Breakfast buffet was good with a smooth decent coffee that for once doesn't rip your tonsils out. The evening meal provides a limited menu. We didn't check out the other facilities such as swimming pool sauna and the like but this is a hotel my wife and I would be pleased to return to.

L'emplacement est idéal pour nous car nous sommes venus accompagner notre fils pour son installation a casablanca. L'hôtel est situé entre l'ecole et les résidences universitaires, il est bien situé pour se déplacer en taxi très rapidement. La chambre était très grande, très confortable, avec une terrasse. Le personnel est au petit soin, nous avons passé un séjour très confortable . Le directeur a été notre écoute et très prévenant. Les petits déjeuner sont très copieux.

They have taken a few liberties with their website description. Yes, the rooms are clean and new but you can every noise from the room next door so don't expect an undisturbed sleep. Also, the restaurant is a huge disappointment. It is a set menu with little choice and our meal was served cold. There is nowhere close by to use an alternative either. There is a bar but has no alcohol so be prepared. The pool was barely warm when we were there and the mirrors in the fitness needed cleaning. There were no towels or water available in there either. The Golden Star falls far short of a four-star category hotel.

Un très bon produit mais loin du professionnalisme Un patron qui tourne dans l’hôtel est parlé à voix haute avec les employés petit déjeuner mille fois 0 mais les chambres très correct j’ai resté 3 jours dans cette hôtel il faut juste le propriétaire reste tranquille à son bureau est recruté des gens professionnel qui font l’affaire si non by by

Very clean rooms and extremely friendly staff. Nothing is too much to ask of the staff. This hotel was located very conveniently for my work. My room had a small terrace, which was perfect to get outside when I was sending Emails when I returned after a long day. The restaurant had a great selection to suit most people. My stay was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Gavin
