Fairfield Inn & Suites Raleigh Cary

The location is good, room is not very big but clean. The breakfast is OK.

Clean, comfortable, great service from top level management to employees who work very infrequently but are so invaluable. Thank you to Courtney who helped me secure conference pricing last minute due to serving on jury duty, John who welcomed me in like coming home to a warm and inviting place, Ms. Veronica in the kitchen who packed a lunch and gave me a tray because I was on the go and in a rush!, James who served diligently at the front desk, Elodia who cleaned my room so well and so efficiently!, other cleaners who replaced and provided everything I needed! And Sean, the manager, who was courteous and professional the whole 9 days. The beds were comfortable, clean with good and clean sheets too. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, laundry service, closet, and even good, clean, thick carpeting. The bathroom was clean and modern. Toto toilets. The decorations in the room and out of the room were well done, calm and beautiful. 24-hour fitness room was clean and well-equipped. The pool was small, but good for the little ones. It was my first time at a Mariott and they welcomed me a top member, which left an indelible impression. Thank you to you all, for everything. Wishing you all the very best! -Katherine L.

Everything about my stay was great. This location is so silent and felt at home the entire time. Olivia and Halle were very helpful and patient with all my needs. My family and I were beyond satisfied and will definitely be returning sooner than later.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. William, at the front desk, was very welcoming and pleasant! We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was great! There are a couple of great restaurants close by. We will always stay here when we visit Cary!

Great stay clean rooms. First time in town and it was a memorable stay for us. Everyone was amazing, the Staff was attentive and always smiling. Breakfast had plenty of options. They don’t have a bar or food after breakfast but plenty of options around. I cannot say enough thank you again!

Horrible stay, extremely poor customer service experienced by the general manager, Mr. Sean Grady! Room conditions were left unresolved! Would not recommend staying at this location! Our family are still devastated by the unprofessional conduct of this manger!
