Really charming and cozy with all the modern amenities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was all friendly and on-property restaurant was delicious. Bar and lounge area are perfect places to end the or start your evening. Good vibes. Location in Cary next to the park and other local eateries is great too.

Besides being a gorgeous venue, the room was comfortable, the location could not be beat and the staff was above and beyond. We enjoyed being in walking distance to so many great locations including right next to an extremely impressive park. Can't wait to go back.

It’s in a great location. The renovations I can’t comment on because I wasn’t there prior. The quality of construction is not so great. housekeeping is very attentive overall I would give it three stars. There is zero help with your baggage. Other than the front desk staff, you don’t really see any people that work there.

Wonderful stay at The Mayton. There’s isn’t a designated parking lot so you have to find a spot in the street. It’s a safe and quaint neighborhood so there are no worries walking anywhere. I slept on the softest sheets ever! The room and bathroom were beautiful, simple and clean. I realize remodels are pricey, but the next time they renovate the bathrooms, just a small shelf in the shower would help for soap, shampoo etc. I did not have a chance to eat at the onsite restaurant as I was visiting family while here. I would definitely stay again and explore Cary in depth.

From the moment we arrived and even after we checked out, all the staff was helpful, courteous and kind. The rooms were comfortable and nice, dinner in the library was charming and delicious! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I was in town for a very important event. The hotel does not have much parking and you have to find parking spots in town. Which a normal day is fine. However, there was a huge yearly festival on Saturday night, and no one told the guests. It took me one HOUR to find a parking spot and I missed half of the event I came into town for. No one apologized I’m still trying to get a hold of the manager They said it was not their responsibility and they did not know of the event. I know that is a complete fabrication Instead of taking accountability, they chose to blame it on others Clearly, they do not care about their guests I stayed there three nights. Absolutely not one person apologized or cared

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. My room had clearly been renovated within the last year. Generally things look fresher and are working more smoothly. This year the WiFi worked without problem on multiple devices (you have to sign-in every 24 hours though). The air conditioning worked well with a temperature control in the room. There are hotel renovations on-going at the moment but I was not affected by the noise as I was out each day (traveling for business) so can't comment on that. The hotel is next to the new park which is a nice outside space.

From check in to check out, the staff was friendly courteous made multiple recommendations on things to do in places to eat. Hotel was quiet comfortable staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. Absolutely would recommend recommend and will be staying here again.
