Magnifique maison d'hôtes typique dans un quartier résidentiel calme qui donne directement sur la mer. Une très jolie piscine complète ce beau tableau. Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire et son fils plein de gentillesse qui sont aux petits soins afin de rendre votre séjour des plus agréables, tout comme leur personnel. J'ai opté pour la magnifique chambre Yasmin avec terrasse, très propre (merci à l'adorable Amel), bonne literie et très joliment décorée. Un délicieux petit déjeuner est servi dans le jardin face à la mer. Quand on découvre cet endroit, on a qu'une envie, y revenir!

Ambiente bellissimo, molto curato e pulitissimo. I titolari sono estremamente cortesi e disponibili. Ottima colazione, anche abbondante. Ambiente estremamente silenzioso, tutto funzionante, tutto curatissimo. Dato il basso numero di camere è praticamente impossibile incontrare altri ospiti e sembra di avere la struttura a propria completa disposizione. Uno dei posti migliori che ho mai frequentato. Tout est magnifique, conforme au descriptif, l’endroit est calme reposant, tout est beau, bien agencé, extrêmement propre, les chambres sont parfaites, la literie également, la douche a l’italienne est super, le petit dejeuner délicieux mais surtout c est l’accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes qui est à souligner, ils sont souriants, aux petits soins, disponibles à chaque minute, facilitant notre séjour en nous indiquant les visites, les sites, les applications pour les chauffeurs et j’en passe. Ce sont des personnes formidables sans qui le séjour ne serait pas aussi fantastique, ils y contribuent pour beaucoup. Merci à eux vraiment C’est une adresse à garder, un vrai coup de cœur ❤️

We only stayed here for one night at the end of our trip, but it was a great way to end a great trip before flying back to the US. Beautiful guesthouse with a pool and nice sitting areas, wonderful breakfast, non-intrusive but present host, and good recommendations for where to eat dinner.

De retour en Tunisie après de longues années, cette maison d'hôtes qu'est Dar Corniche La Marsa restera une belle expérience. La chambre est parfaite, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer qui, dès qu'on ouvre la terrasse, se trouve droit devant. Le luxe, se faire border par le bruit des vagues. Tout est fait pour y passer un bon séjour. La chambre est très propre, nettoyée tous les jours. Boissons comme eau et sodas à disposition dans le mini bar, café et thé en chambre. La literie est confortable. Un excellent petit-déjeuner avec jus de fruits frais pressés. Et le propriétaire des lieux fera tout pour que votre séjour se déroule à la perfection. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner et ne peux que vous recommander cet endroit. Merci au propriétaire des lieux, et surtout pour les oranges douces ❤️

Remontée d'égout dans la salle de bain, odeur insupportable Finitions sdb négligées (joints grossiers) Vue sur mer mais aussi sur les barbelés de la villa voisine Petit déjeuner agréable en bord de mer, le point positif de cette location.

I went there on my own and I absolutely cannot confirm the previous bad review. This place is a hidden gem. I have never lodged in a place before where it was as calm as here. I could fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves without being interrupted by chats or noise from other guests. I thought I was there on my own. You couldn't hear anyone, although there were other guests. Hedi welcomed me very politely and he made me feel at home from the first second of arrival. I felt very at ease and there was no wish unfulfilled. Breakfast was served cold and hot, and every day you got a different surprise of fresh fruits or hot dish, and I loved their delicious fresh orange juice and you got more if you wanted. The room was very clean and I had a fridge, an iron and ironing board in the room. A TV with European and Arabic channels as well, but clearly didn't need this. If I needed any information or recommendation, Hedi provided it. I was able to work there as well, the internet signal is fantastic, and you have connection everywhere you are. The sea view is absolutely stunning. This is definitely pure luxury and even 10 stars worth. Thank you Sidi Hedi!

Un endroit juste magnifique ! Tout est parfait... chambre face à la mer, couché et réveil au bruit des vagues. Accès direct à la plage. Piscine magnifique avec des salons autour. Une terrasse en hauteur pour contempler la mer. Hâte d'y retourner.
