Recepção atendimento pessimo sou do Brasil e não Tiveram o mínimo respeito de tentar nos entender , atendente do restaurante nunca entendia meus pedidos tive que pagar o café da manhã que já estava incluso na diária ! Não indico . Muito barulho

Para nosotros como familia fue especial encontrar un hotel con excelentes personas, la atención al cliente fue espectacular, las habitaciones para nuestro descanso fue muy completo totalmente grande y cómodas, el restaurante espectacular con agradable ambiente y especial atención del personal, a dos cuadras de las playas de Bocagrande y muy cerca de tiendas restaurantes centro comerciales y demás 100% recomendado

El hoteles es básico, la habitación reducida pero tiene lo necesario para pasar la noche. La terraza del hotel es bonita pero no funcionaba el jacuzzi lo cual le resta puntos. El personal es amable y el desayuno continental es igual de básico

El hotel muy bien ubicado en Bocagrande cerca de todo, pocas habitaciones pero muy acogedoras, tiene ascensor que es muy importante, aire y jacuzzi. El personal muy amable y ayudan en todo. El desayuno buffet incluido, muy rico y variado y además si sales antes de las 6 de la mañana puedes pedir un día antes el desayuno viajero algo que en los otros hoteles no hay.

Es el peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida, la habitación muy regular y las almohadas olían a sudor, creería que no las cambiaron. Adicional, todo olia a húmedas y se veía muy gastado. Muy mal este hotel.

Las habitaciones pequeñas, el aseo es algo deficiente. Nos hospedamos mi esposa y yo una sola noche y el lavamanos tenía fuga d agua así que nos tocó poner una toalla en el piso para evitar que el agua se extendiera por todo el piso. De igual manera el control del aire acondicionado no funcionaba así que tuvimos que apagarlo al no poder regular la temperatura. En cuanto al desayuno no contaban con suficiente variedad y cantidad. La relación precio calidad no es adecuada. No lo recomiendo y no volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel.
