No lo recomiendo!!!
No respetan la tarifa ofertada, cobraron $120.000 pesos de más, segun ellos correspondia a un impuesto, pero al momento de realizar el pago total por la app cobros adicionales e impuestos, ya estan incluidos. No permitieron realizar Check-in hasta no ver reflejado el pago de ese impuesto. El personal poco amable y las tarifas del menú demasiado costoso con aires de hotel 5 estrellas. En conclusión un hotel usurero.

This was my first time staying in Cartagena so I was worried but the staff at the hotel and the restaurant next to it were very kind! They gave us great recommendations and advice for our stay. The hotel is not the most modern, some showers had low pressure, and the rooms had a damp smell to it but if you’re only staying for a few days you should be fine

La ubicación del hotel es buenísima; en el sector de Bocagrande, cerca de muchos restaurantes, bares, sitios comerciales y la playa. La habitación bastante limpia, con aire acondicionado en óptimas condiciones. Todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable desde el principio; sobre todo el señor del restaurante que servía el desayuno por la mañana. El área de la piscina es verdaderamente bonita.
