The only window in the room is facing the lobby. It cannot be opened for ventilation. The sound insulation of the room is extremely poor. There are no cups in the room. Ask the front desk to ask for it. The answer is that the locals always hold water to rinse their mouths, and there is no need for a cup.

The structure is beautiful, divided into two buildings, two terraces and two restaurants but the food is decent and more expensive than what is found outside. The dorm could be much better…bathroom was really gross, not at all up to the standard of other Selina properties. The bed comfortable enough at least. The air conditioner in the room at too low a temperature that it was not possible to change, creating frost in the room.

I did not like my stay at Selina de Cartagena, they did not clean the room where 10 people stayed, on the rooftop they give priority to foreigners and they do not take good care of Colombians, they robbed me twice inside the hostel, they stole my tripod and my bikini. Despite the fact that there are cameras, the security guards do not provide any help.
