Courtyard Carrollton

This place checks all the boxes. One of the cleanest and well maintained places I’ve ever stayed. Convenient to all the restaurants in downtown Carrollton, and in a safe area. Beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet. Nice patio area to relax, with a fire pit. Nice workout area and pool. If this place doesn’t satisfy you, nothing will.

I'll be honest, when I booked this hotel I had no idea what to expect. I had never been to Carrollton, GA or stayed at a Marriott hotel in my life. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff, and quiet rooms. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to this town.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for the value. The gals at the front desk were wonderful. The next day i witnessed the manager having a huddle with the cleaning crew that was amazing. Could tell he cared for his entire team you rarely see this! It was good to see.

This is my 2nd time staying here on business! Carol at the front desk is fantastic and makes you feel so welcome! All staff are super nice. Perfect location in the heart of downtown and walkable to so many attractions, restaurants, and shops! Bring your bike for their green belt trail and check out Printers Ale for great beer.

We stayed for one night to ride the Carrollton Greenway. Brought our bikes and really enjoyed it. The girls at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice. I give it a 4 on cleanliness. We were able to walk to dinner (Brown Dog). Good burgers. The reason for the 3 is breakfast. We ordered and received our meal. The eggs were awful, french toast not done. But the worst part was it was all in to go styrofoam with plastic forks. Try eating runny, under cooked eggs out of that! Yuck! We should have been told that was the case. Apparently because of COVID still. But weirdly, we stayed in another Courtyard the night before and received all of our meals on real plates and silverware. For $40.00, I expect more. The man working there was nice and gave us free Starbucks coffees to go. 🤷🏻‍♀️

First off let me say should’ve stayed here the 1st night passing through to drop a family member off to visit a friend. Coming back through to pick up family member we decided to stay here and we’re very pleased!! Wonderful hotel. Desk ladies were so nice and pleasant. The room was so clean and so cozy. Loved the wonderful shampoo and body wash and soap. ( know that’s kinda silly) but you don’t get that in most hotels. Loved the entire room.( we had a king room) Didn’t try the bar/ bistro this time. But the lobby area was beautiful. Maybe next time we will get a chance to enjoy the patio and the bar/ bistro. Will definitely stay here again if visiting area. And will keep in mind other Marriott hotels.

This hotel looks brand new with brightly lit open spaces and elegantly appointed lobby and rooms. We arrived without reservations but James, the desk clerk, greeted us warmly and quickly found the rooms we needed. The rooms are spacious and tasteful. An especially useful feature for rooms with two beds is the bedtable light with separate lighting and controls for both beds. The modern shower had large containers of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner affixed to the wall, and the bathroom contained plenty of soft, fluffy towels. And both beds had very hard cushions as well as soft pillows, which made reading in bed very comfortable. Our only complaint was the parsimonious supply of coffee: only one single serving of regular, one single serving of decaf, and one packet of creamer and sugar. But James came to our rescue and supplied 2 more single-serving packets of regular coffee for the two of us sharing one room. Checkout was as efficient as check-in, and Carol, the morning desk clerk, was as friendly as her evening counterpart.
