The pool was not open (leaving the kids a little bummed), but, other than that, everything was great

First room we entered, smelled like rotten potatoes and had a huge brown watery stain on one of the beds. Gave us another room. Stains on sheet that was easily wiped off with a damp cloth. Third room, hairs on the sheets and 'wet' spot stains all over sheets of the other bed. Needless to say, but, we got a refund and left. Guy outside smoking said he was leaving too, his room was filthy. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Hotel just converted to Comfort Inn & Suites - Glad there is good choice branded hotel in Carrollton area. Nice, Quite, Comfortable rooms with hot breakfast and amazing staff. Thank you for hosting us!!

Not much info but for just one night it was fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable so no problems at all. It's located in the area where there's food and shopping so that always good. The parking lot can get a little crowded if you come in later in the night like I did but otherwise there's plenty of parking available.

In a good location. Clean room. Showers are important to me, I considered it a good shower and the water drained out properly. Mattress appeared brand new! Every staff member I came in contact with were very nice, polite and helpful. I would stay here again!

Our business sent a roofing crew for a job the end of September. The report from the crew was "it was very clean & comfortable". As the person who makes the reservations, it was great doing business with Danyez! He was booked up with a soccer tournament but made it happen for us! Best Western Plus is a good brand but this location is exceptional.

Very nice. Clean room, great shower, modern and updated. Only flaw was the bed pillows. They are the square throw pillow type ones and they kept sliding out from under my head all night. Super uncomfortable.

For the price the hotel was very nice. The rooms was nice and spacious. The breakfast was the same and sometimes it was not anything there but bread eggs and waffles. The front desk staff and the management team went above and beyond. The nice dress gentlemen is always smiling and speaks to me ever time i walk by the front desk. Customer service here is awesome we will definitely be back to this location and I will definitely recommend this location.
