Table Rock Landing Resort

Beautiful property, but needs a few improvements So much of this stay was wonderful. The location is terrific, the price was good, and the resort is beautiful. Terrific views, nice amenities, and the property itself is very nice. Great deck, fairly private. Beautiful design and nice lighting. I can't give it a perfect rating though. There were some issues: The bed was not up to par with the rest of the space. The bed itself was uncomfortable, and the bedding was old and ratty. The fitted bottom sheet didn't fit and would come off as soon as someone sat down. The sheets were threadbare and the bedspread was rough and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and discolored. The whole thing could have done with a freshening up, including better pillows and a duvet or quilted bedspread. Also, the large beautiful windows have a lovely view, but as soon as the sun is up it streams straight into the bedroom. Bring sleeping masks if you prefer to sleep in past sunrise. Worse, though, was the requirement that we clean the room before we leave. The reason we don't choose Airbnb for our stays is the now-common requirement that we take out the trash, do the dishes, and gather the laundry. I understand not having daily maid service -- we don't need fresh sheets and towels every day. but when we stay in a resort hotel we don't expect to have to clean the room also. That's supposed to be part of the cost of the room. Also, be sure to note that check-out time is 10:00am. I know it was posted in the ad, so my fault for not being aware.

Thank you Table Rock Landing! Couldn't have asked for a better location and facility for our family vacation. Excellent views and great amenities. Fifteen minutes from Eureka Springs and about an hour to Branson. Great week.

We had a wonderful stay at Table Rock Landing. The condo is even more spacious than the pictures show! The area was perfect as it was away from the hustle of Eureka Springs, but was just a quick drive away from enjoying all there is to do in town. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

The decor was attractive. Lighting could have been better. We arrived to the condo smelling quite musty and the garbage disposal made the kitchen smell foul. The recliner rocker in the living space was broken and I went to the office to let them know and was told they would replace it that day but it never got replaced so that was disappointing as that took away a seating spot for guests. In all the property had beautiful views and it felt very safe and quiet. The interior has areas that could use some updates.

Friendly staff to make vacation stress free (super easy check-in/check-out process). Very beautiful and peaceful place where is what we need for get away break. Totally and fully recharged and good memories made. Will come back again!

This is obviously an older resort however, it was well kept and extremely family orientated. We were in unit 21 which is right across from the pool in the playground and very close to the office. Every day when the office was open, they would have cookies and candy for the kids. (Adults too!). You can borrow books and games and cards and anything else you want to borrow. Well stocked. You could ask the staff for any kind of help, recommendations, or directions, and they were very accommodating.
