Horrible hotel! Please do not book this hotel. The room had a strong smell of Pine Sol disinfected. The smell lingered the whole night. The rooms are dated and need a complete renovation, too. The carpet has stains on it, the noise from the interstate Is horrible. You will regret booking this hotel.

We have been traveling for the last 3 weeks as a family for my husband’s job. We’ve stayed at several Hilton’s and Marriott’s and this location deserves a review. The location was great since it was directly across from where my husband was working. We are actually checking out early to move to different location as this experience was definitely 2/10. Upon arrival, check-in was easy but nothing like what Hilton offers for “digital check-in” (which is just one of the reasons I will stick with them). The side door would not work. Hallways and common areas were very clean and bright, including the pool which my kids enjoyed but that’s where the enjoyment ended. The room smelled and the super outdated ceiling fan was on high to possibly try to cover that. Carpet and walls were worn with large stains all over the floor. Carpet was completely torn up to where you could visibly see what was underneath near the fridge/sink area. Bathroom completely outdated. Both sinks and tub were stopped up. I was not expecting the couch/twin trundle whatsoever at a Springhill! Completely shocked! Tiny rooms and definitely hard to move around as a family of 4. Beds were not comfortable. Our 2nd day, we had to deal with some gentlemen with glasses who was rude and obnoxious while extending our reservation. Also, a 20oz will set you back $5. Let’s not go into the prices of the rest of their Market items. Ridiculous. The breakfast was downright nasty. Milk that was in the fridge was not even cold. The area was dark and not very inviting. First, and last time staying here. Unbelievable.

I use this property frequently and have never had a bad experience; staff is always so very friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and pretty well put together I maybe bias but I do love the Marriott experience

Room 404 smells absolutely terrible! Carpet is wet by the ac unit so probably where the smell is coming from. Smells like a house that has mildew from 1980! Very disappointed that a Marriott property would smell this bad! Did I mention my room smells? Sat on the mattress and could feel the springs and hear them creaking. DO BETTER MARRIOTT! I won’t be staying here again. Several hotels down the street that couldn’t be any worse!

We were in Indianapolis for a showcase softball tournament. We typically stay down the street at Homewood Suites, which is Hilton. This year we changed it up to save a few bucks! Worst idea. Check in was smooth, get up to our room and outside our door sat a dirty toilet plunger in a plastic bag. Ok, whatever, not a big deal they will get it. Room was not bad as far as cleanliness goes, the beds are hard as rocks though. Next morning go down to breakfast bar, walk past dirty plunger still, get to breakfast on day 1, out of all the coffee, slim pickens on made food, eggs were full, sausage pattie’s down to like 3, bacon was crumbs. Guests said something to the help and they did restock. Ice machines out of ice. Mind you there is a full house from softball and baseball teams in Indy for a big tournament. Start of day 2, weather delayed and cancelled games the night before. We find out our bracket got cancelled first thing in the morning, so I call hotel to cancel our 3rd night and lady who answers was very helpful, and said she was able to cancel, looked up my booking and everything. she said she heard of the tournament cancellations of bracket play from other guests. Great, thank you. End of day 2 after a long day at fields, go up, walk past dirty plunger still outside our door. Morning of day 3, check out day, rain has moved in and delayed games again. So breakfast was packed, AGAIN, out of everything and nobody could keep up with the demand. Poor planning. So I was able to scoop a little bit of eggs and run up to pack up. Get back down to desk to check out, and verify my cancelled night. Front desk is clueless as to what I’m talking about. Wanted to know who I talked too. I don’t know, whoever you had working on Friday morning at 9:30? So desk girl goes to back to ask what to do, person in back says nothing they can do, but never comes out to talk to me. The day I have to call ********** and have them deal with it since I booked through them. Welp, they said nothing they can do either. Basically this place stole $210 from us because they don’t know what “hospitality” or “customer service” means. I will no longer use a Marriott when we travel. 3 other families on our team that stayed at a Hilton, they were reimbursed without issue due to the circumstances.

This is a new hotel and it is a combo Residence Inn- Spring Hill Suites. Only the Residence Inn lobby is open but it’s easy to find and the hotel is easy to navigate. Clean room and ample parking. Nice large breakfast area. Even with the various youth sports teams it was quiet. Will stay here whenever I visit Indianapolis.

Marriott does a good job of differentiating between its chains and for consistency within. Noting that nearby are two other Marriott properties! Only three stories, plenty of parking, and easy check-in. Did not particularly like the cooling system, as the fan was loud but on automatic it went on and off during the night. Bathroom was fine.

Not great. Had to switch rooms because we stayed in December and the heat in the first room flat out did not work. Rooms were decent but oddly put together. Very run down overall and seemingly not well taken care of. The one shining light was that the staff were AMAZING, and were extremely helpful in the issue with the heat not working, and seemed genuinely upset at our experience. So at least they seem to care about their customers, but nothing else. Trip type
