The room request when booking (no tail room on high floors) was completely ignored. I was given a room on the 2nd floor facing the inner street. It had no view and was noisy. However, I was given a tail room, which was completely contrary to the request. The room is cleaned every day, only changing towels and garbage bags, making the bed and quilt, but not the sheets or absorbing lint. This is the first time I have encountered such perfunctory cleaning in a hotel. There is no charge for the washer and dryer, but 3 of the 6 units are broken and there are many people using them, so they are not used at all. Two people booked a one-room suite and wanted to use it for cooking, but there were so few utensils, 1 knife, 1 spoon... It’s a really disappointing hotel. Although the location is good, The price is expensive and the sanitary facilities are not good. I will not stay here again.

We took the 2 bedrooms with balcony.
1st room we were given had very dirty balcony so we went down to the reception to request for a change of room maybe even no balcony was ok.
The lady at the front desk was very kind and brought us to see a few rooms with balcony for us to take our pick so we ended up with a nicer one and love it.
