I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room itself was lacking. Outdated bathroom with a bathtub that had nothing to keep you from skipping to the bathroom tile that just as slippery even with the floor towel. The room was big and clean with a nice bed but the lugging was awful. There were 2 side tanks lamps, 1 floor lamp, and a desk lamp(didn't work). Even with the 3 that worked out was still very dimly lit. The pipes in the wall sounded like they were going to bust when a another room would turn on their water. It was so loud. When I booked this room it said it was a 3 star hotel, more of a 2. Without the staff a 1. There not being an elevator to the second floor was tough. Then there were 2 sounds at night. One sounded like something cheering on wood above me, and the other was something tapping on the wall. There was an extra charge when I checked in that wasn't on the site when I booked it. This could be the hotel or this dues fault, bit sure. My rating didn't really reflect the start because of the categories.

The location is convenient, but the facilities are a bit old, though the cleanliness is quite good. Unfortunately, breakfast is no longer offered. I recommend walking five minutes to the nearby Corner Bakery Cafe for breakfast. It's convenient for family trips or business trips.

I personally feel it's pretty good. I haven't stayed in other hotels in the United States. You just have to bring your own slippers and toothbrush. The towels are a bit old. But they are quite clean. The quilt is soft and sticky. The bed is also American style. Everyone has different standards. I personally think it's pretty good. I will choose it again next time I come.

Initially, we were given a room that faces the very busy 405 freeway. However, when I called to ask for a different room, Ariel at the front desk hooked my daughter and I up with a much quieter room that was close to the pool and breakfast building. It made a big difference as my daughter had a long audiology appt in the area and we have to also go back in the morning. I would not have slept well had Ariel not upgraded us. What an awesome experience ❤️
