Once there I was asked to provide my bank card as a deposit because apparently there was a problem with Trip.com, I presented my card without worries and the next day when I wanted to check-out IBIS asked me to repay the amount of the reservation because they say they have not received payment from Trip.com, I refuse and I call the Trip.com service who tells me not to pay anything and they call IBIS to explain the situation to them suddenly IBIS informs me that it's good and I leave the hotel without paying anything, but a few hours later I receive a notification from my bank telling me that IBIS has debited the amount from my card.
