Come hotel giudizio nella norma, commercialmente si sono dimostrati però avidi e inflessibili nei nostri confronti. Nella fretta ho sbagliato Lù hotel, anzichè quello di Sant'Antioco ho prenotato quello di Carbonia, trattandosi di un palese errore, della stessa catena di 5 hotels, e trovandoci in piena bassa stagione, non hanno comunque voluto sentire ragioni e modificare la prenotazione ed ho dovuto ripagare nuovamente l'hotel. Certamente non ritorneremo l'estate prossima in nessuno dei Lù hotel come era nostra intenzione anche e soprattutto per questo motivo.

Hotel recentissimo, nella prima periferia di Carbonia. Camere ampie e luminose, dotate di tutti i servizi che devono contraddistinguere un 4 stelle. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione comme il faut (ampia, varia e di soddisfazione). Insomma, se si deve risiedere a Carbonia, questo è un indirizzo da tenere a mente (ok, architettonicamente se ne potrebbe discutere ma si tratta di una critica che nn può inficiare qualità e valore del servizio offerto)

Siamo stati ospiti dell'hotel per poco più di una settimana ma da subito abbiamo riscontrato gentilezza e disponibilità da tutto lo staff. Sin dal momento della prenotazione avendo delle difficoltà one line l'incaricato dell'accoglienza con cui ho parlato Tommaso è stato super gentile e si è occupato lui di tutto. Il primo grazie va a lui. La struttura assolutamente pulita e anche il servizio in camera atento e cortese. Arriviamo poi per quanto riguarda il reparto ristorazione e bar che dire veramente tutti fantastici accoglienti da subito ci hanno fatto sentire a casa coccolati e seguiti in ogni nostra richiesta, ironici. Voglio assolutamente ringraziare in modo particolare le Claudie,Mirko,Claudio il maitre, Giovanni il Barman,Mattia e lo Chef Federico che ha creato dei piatti veramente squisiti e belli anche da vedere perché anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte. Vi ringraziamo tutti anche chi non è stato citato le responsabili della SPA TUTTI TUTTI. Consigliamo di soggiornarvi ne rimarrete piacevolmente sorpresi. Bella esperienza. Hotel moderno e confortevole. Area piscina abbastanza spaziosa e sempre pulita, con possibilità di godersi un buon aperitivo sullo sdraietto. Centro benessere con proposte interessanti e brave massaggiatrici. Il punto di forza è il personale, sempre gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta (e a qualsiasi ora). Ottima anche la colazione che, in stile internazionale, accontenta tutti.
