It was the first time I arrived in this somewhat mysterious country and stayed at Ctrip’s number one luxury hotel. It feels good to enter the country (no need to fill out a form), check-in (sincere smile at the front desk), and check-out (leave the hotel early, no cancellation is allowed but cancellation is accepted).
The hotel is small in size, the room facilities are relatively advanced, but very clean, and the 24-hour gym can be accessed by swiping a card. The breakfast is commendable compared to the size of the hotel. The waiters were enthusiastic but their English was mediocre.
Seeing Hikvision opposite the hotel is still friendly.
I went for a run around the hotel at 05:40 local time in the morning. I was completely relaxed and didn't have to worry about any security issues.

Very complete, really one of the best experiences throughout the year. Especially since I am a person who travels a lot and I live staying at this network in the city of Maracay, but here the attention is excellent, the food is excellent, and the room is very complete. Rooms were old and not well maintained…some renovations needed specially in the bathrooms….service was good everywhere at the hotel and dining at the restaurant was also very pleasant. I felt safe at the property and only moved around with Marriott approved transportation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the JW Caracas so much that I decided to switch from my previous hotel back to the JW. They truly value BonVoy Titanium members; I was given a suite upgrade every time I stayed there. What impressed me the most were the exceptional gym facilities and the impeccable service. The gym was impressively modern, equipped with a variety of state-of-the-art machines. The dining experience at the restaurant was equally delightful, from the delicious breakfast options to the satisfying dinners. The wait staff, particularly Heriberto, truly stood out with their exceptional service. Heriberto consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, demonstrating kindness and professionalism throughout. I am eagerly looking forward to my next stay at the JW Caracas!

Instalaciones excelentes y en perfectas condiciones. Habitaciones muy confortables e insonorizadas, con vistas muy bonitas sobre la ciudad. Excelente restaurante con cocina de inspiración italiana con fusión venezolana. Muy buena ubicación tanto para viajes de negocio cuanto para viajes de placer. Sin embargo, lo más destacable de este hotel es su personal que sabe reunir el profesionalismo de JW Marriott con la calidez y la simpatía natural del venezolano. Sería un injusticia no mencionarlos a todos pero quiero destacar en especial el Sr. Elvis del bar-restaurante.
