Superfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Geschmackvolles, hochwertiges Interieur. Superleckeres Frühstück und alle Wünsche werden Erfüllt. Alles sehr sauber. Memory ist die Seele des Hauses und kümmert sich liebevoll um Ihre Gäste. Sie sprudelt mit Ideen und Tips rund um Ausflüge oder Abendessen mit Idee, Highlights und guten Restauranttips. Auch bei der Organisation ist Sie mit Herz und Seele dabei.

My husband & I were lucky to stay for 4 nights at Welgelegen House early October. Memory and Prince looked after us so well. We were booked into a standard room and when we had a problem with the shutters Memory was really quick to get this sorted out and even offered to move us. All of the staff were so friendly, smiley and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble and there was lots of support and advice. It was really easy to book Ubers from here to get to the V & A waterfront and a five minute walk to several restaurants in Kloof Street & you couldn't beat the view of Table Mountain behind.

We enjoyed a fantastic 3 night stay at Welgelegen. Best welcome from any hotel - EVER! Prince & Memory welcomed us as if it was there own home. Couldnt be more welcoming, friendly & super helpful with restaurant recommendations & best way to get about the city. Nothing too much trouble... WOW service! Our room was very spacious & comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Lovely lounge area & hotel has bags of character. Excellent breakfast selection. Welgelegen is situated in a quiet but very convenient location for exploring the city near Kloof Street, the Waterfront, Camps Bay & much more. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the team for making us SO welcome - it was truly a memorable start to our South Africa adventures!

Our hosts prince and memory. Welcomed us hartly and mad us feel at home. Simply since they wanted welgelegen to BE our home. They gave us proper advise on where to eat and where to go and how to go there. Table mountain, Bo kaap, the peninsula as well as the oranjezicjt market

Second time back after 11 years. Now under new ownership but the managed Not to change an excellent B&B. Service, room and breakfast are perfect. Rooms as well and the location is perfect with the backdrop of Table Mountain. You won’t be disappointed at all.

A lovely guest house. We didn't know what to expect as we've usually been in hotels rather than guest houses. The team were so welcoming and friendly. The room was fantastic with a lovely view of table mountain. Breakfasts were great tasting and well prepared. The sitting area was lovely and honesty bar for the evenings was a great idea. This is in a great location with easy access to local restaurants. The team also gave helpful recommendations about where to eat in the evening and helped us with bookings. We would very highly recommend this guest house. Would love to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The boutique hotel is situated right next to Kloof street where there are many places to eat excellent food. The hotel is a beautifully renovated home with exquisite art work and furniture throughout. Breakfast was fantastic! Each afternoon they set out a sweet treat along side a pay as you drink bar.

What a nice spot to spend two nights in Cape Town. Very nice location with a view on table mountain, easy to park the car in a safe way in the street, good looking cosy house, good and quiet rooms, nice breakfast and very friendly staff with a perfect service. Thanks!
