The hotel staff is polite and waiters have a priority attitude. Breakfast generally meets business needs and is close to the main traffic. There is a bar on the 10th floor for proper entertainment. The room is clean but the air-conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted

Avoid staying here as major renovations underway all around this hotel including this one! Swimming pool is gone as is rooftop bar advertised being converted hence some of the noise. Says starts at 10am but as i write at 0730hrs the compressors have just began and shouting and noise begins for the day! Tried to talk with manager who was not interested at all, asked about swimming pool as was advertised and they did not understand what issue was not having pool. Aside from that and a manager staff have been great and breakfast good but spoilt the holiday.

Decent hotel - room is a lot smaller than I anticipated, especially for two people. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable, but I wasn’t blown away. Breakfast was also basic for a chain of this standard…. Overall, I’ll say it’s decent hotel but not sure the price point is right for the level of service.

I was visiting Cape Town for a week with a group from my university. Radisson foreshore accommodated the whole group incredibly well, and the front desk attendants and kitchen staff were always very kind and helpful. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Cape Town!

Ok, so the hotel is having some renovation works done…….I get that, and during daytime hours that is OK…….but doing them until MIDNIGHT is beyond unacceptable!! Despite calls to the front desk it seems they don’t care that the sound of angle grinders and drilling is perhaps (entirely) unacceptable to their paying guests who are trying to get some rest. “They will be finishing at midnight Sir”……..wtf
