We’re just finishing a four night stay at this incredible hotel. The staff, the huge rooms, the facilities are nothing short of outstanding. Candles in the bathroom in case you fancied a bath, snacks replenished in your room every day and Each evening a gift was left for you at bedtime, little notes left by the housekeeping staff, most of the staff even remember your name which is unbelievable considering the size of the hotel. For its size it’s surprising how exclusive it feels but it absolutely does. Wade deserves a special mention who is the gym manager. He took us on a hike up table mountain and his local knowledge of not just the immediate area was great. I would definitely recommend that rather than queueing for the cable car if you’re for enough. The staff around the pool couldn’t be more attentive, amazing breakfast, great gym and we ate in the Rooi restaurant on our last night, the best service and wagu rib eye ever. Don’t stay anywhere else in Cape Town it’s so close to the waterfront so you can wander around and uber is so easy from here if you want to nip to see the penguins at boulders bay or for a lovely lunch at camps bay.
