The hotel is situated in great area, but the room I got is not the same as shown in promoted picture, in the promoted picture the ocean can be partly seen from the room but the room I got I cant see the even the beach

I am torn between a 3 and 4 here; it‘s a great location. Friendly staff. The breakfast is fantastic. The rooms though are simple; the shower small. And it is beautiful to see the ocean in the morning but it was noisy on the street. We really got to explore Cape Town from here.

Room smelt of dirty drain. Mangement not interested (Facebook more NB). Room overlooking back entrance. Gate needs lots of oil, sounded like a wild zoo every time it opened and closed 24/7. Booking promised breakfast and parking, but these had to be paid for.

Our room was spacious and had a nice view looking out over the ocean. If you cross the street, you can walk along the water and past the scenic lighthouse. The staff is very helpful. The restaurant has delicious food. We especially liked their breakfast. Sometimes it took a while for it to be served, though.

From the welcoming at the front desk to the service received. We thank the staff for their outstanding and phenomenal service. A special thank you to Millias, Lucille, Athi, Jesse, Kingston and all other staff members on duty for being amazing hosts. The location and surrounding cafe's are everything you need to make your stay more memorable. The awakening of the sensational sounds of waves and fresh sea breeze in the morning is rejuvenating. We highly recommend this hotel and will surely return.

This little hotel is very conveniently situated on Beach Road . There are wonderful restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and reception and service friendly and efficient. Sea facing rooms are a real treat with a view of the promenade.

If you’re looking for a clean budget hotel with friendly staff in a good location this hotel is for you! We usually like a bit of luxury but we arrived in Cape Town really late and needed somewhere literally to sleep and check out early the next day. This was ideal and for those on a budget would be great for a longer stay. The location is great and breakfast is included the staff were really friendly.

I enjoy my stay! Clean & spacious rooms. The staff are accommodating and friendly. Location is great and view from down stairs is lovely - right across from the ocean. Rooms have a fridge, cupboards, draws, kitchenette, dressing table. WIFI is great as well. Overall a good experience.

Stayed for 6 nights in superior room. Room was excellent with views of sea and mountains from both balconies. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was great and all of the restaurant staff were friendly too. This hotel is in a great position, you can walk to V&A in around 20 mins and the tour red/blue bus stop is opposite. Overall a fantastic place to stay.
