We stay every year at this mazing 6 star Hotel you literally cannot find fault with anything or anybody and the 2 hour time difference is amazing for us in the UK thats why people go back every year

I 100% recommend doing the afternoon tea here! Great value for money, amazing service from both the tea sommelier Clive and our lovely waitress Thuli, we had such a nice afternoon here and left stuffed with even a takeaway bag!! The carrot cake was out of this world!!! An amazing experience in Cape Town (and I’m hard to please! 😉 )

We are repeat guests here and each visit gets better and better. The staff make it because, beyond the beautiful property itself, they go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. I’d add that when things go a bit wrong, as can happen, they really care about putting it right. I especially wanted to thank Wellington and Kelly for helping us during our stay. When we had an issue with our room allocation after a long flight and when my wife was unwell during our stay, they really helped sort things out and cared. On the basics - the rooms, food offer, pool area, kids club and spa are all stunning. It’s the best place to stay in CT by a long way.

The cleaning service was quick and clean The breakfast was a 11/10! Emily made sure to always help us even while serving other tables. She always greeted us with a big smile and genuine kindness. Everyone on staff always smiled and made me feel extra special! The view of the mountains is one thing I’ll miss forever! Thank you all! A holiday I won’t forget!
