What you see is not what you get
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The Wi-Fi was down the entire night, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the linens had black spots on them, which was quite off-putting. The room also had an unpleasant smell, as if it hadn't been used in a long time. It felt like I was the first person to stay there after a long period of disuse. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this hotel.

Op eerste gezicht was dit in orde. Maar dat was het dus niet. Normaal zou de manager langs gekomen zijn, maar had blijkbaar andere dingen aan haar hoofd !!! We hadden een huis waar we een kamer hadden, maar het was er gawoon niet netjes, alles plakte. Glazen, bestek en servies waren vuil !!! Deuren plakten en waren vies, toilet lag het stof er vingerdik op. Haardroger was aanwezig maar nergens stopcontact dat was nergens te bespeuren, en dan moesten we ons haar maar drogen op een andere kamer waar niemand sliep♀️. Mijn zus heeft een gluten allergie, en daarvoor hadden we via mail een bericht voor gestuurd, volgens hun was het in orde. ( niet dus ) Want de ochtend van het ontbijt kwam er een heel bus met personeel aan met ons ontbijt zonder glutenvrij brood want dat moest nog worden gebakken, terwijl we de manager en de receptie ervan op de hoogte hadden gebracht. Na een uur heeft mijn zus dan maar zelf haar brood genomen dat ze toevallig nog bij had. We hebben er verschillende keren achter gevraagd bij het personeel, en werden gewoon uitgelachen, terwijl ze allemaal bezig waren met hun smartphone, en het heel storend was, want we zaten precies in een telecom bedrijf. Voor ons dus zeker geen aanrader !!!

Stayed three nights here playing the "Links" golf course. Weather was amazing, golf course difficult. Wished I could say the same for the "Resort". The resort was old, tired and in need of a "face lift." Towels, bedding furniture have all lived their "Past Due date." That being said, it is close to the beach and the unit we slayed in was a self catering unit which was very serviceable for young families. Both restaurants were very good and reasonable priced. The morning breakfast was "sufficient," side dishes were not as hot as I would like.

The lady at the reception was very nice and hospitable. We didn’t receive a VIP Access benefit, at least not what we thought we would have received from our experience at other resorts and hotels. We did receive a bottle of wine, wasn’t sure if that came standard with every room, but when I asked about room upgrade, pretty much every room was standard, and the same as the others. The food was really good at the restaurant.

This is probably the worst place to stay in terms of accommodation as the rooms are dilapidated and really run down. Needs a major revamp. Also to have decent meals you would have to pass shacka which could be dangerous for night driving. Definitely would not recommend this resort.

We had a fabulous stay here as part of a two week tour of South Africa, but one night wasn't long enough! The rooms were comfortable and spacious and decorated in a beach style shabby chic. It was cold when we were there but a fan heater was provided in the room, along with extra blankets, so we were fine. My only criticism is that the bathroom could have been cleaner - there were quite a few hairs in the bath. The food in the restaurant and the ambience were excellent. At dinner there was a limited choice for vegetarians but luckily I really enjoyed the one vegetarian main course on offer! The beach was amazing. I can definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back one day.
