The remodel of this vintage hotel is impeccable!! Great bed, bedding, and finishes! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is terrific as well! We enjoyed having drinks in the awesome outdoor space with full view of the ocean. There are a few minor things that could have improved functionality in our room: a low chair or stool to sit on while putting on shoes, a way to prop the bathroom door open, and luggage stands. Hubby had to put his suitcase on the floor. Overall we loved our stay and didn't want to leave!

This place is perfect! We are huge fans of everything Joe and Michelle have done with each of their properties. The food is out of this world - the view is gorgeous and the staff is warm, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this special eclectic place!!!!! ＜3 Kim and Dan Gogan

I ended up here by chance and I am so glad I did! Everything is new and spotlessly clean and tastefully done. My room on the third floor and has an expansive view over the beach and open shoreline with a deck outside for breathing sea air. It’s in a great location for a morning run to the lighthouse and accessibility to shops and restaurants. It is off-season, so I didn’t get to try the restaurant, but that looks nice, too. I feel like I lucked into this place and I am completely charmed.

We had the best time with this location and LuLu's onsite restaurant was amazing. Our King ocean view room had the best sunrise setting imaginable. The staff was very friendly and accommodatable. Tastefully done remodel. Cant wait to revisit. The sister property's are also fabulous.

The Nevada was an adorable hotel beautifully situated on York Maine's Long Sands beach. The sunrise was spectacular, the service was incredibly pleasant and the decor was inspiring. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but I definitely want to go back to try it, as it was booking on an October Saturday nigh. I am already planning my next visit!

The Nevada far exceeded our expectations. Friendly and easy check-in, we were able to do the paperwork ahead of time via a link sent from the hotel. Pristine throughout and quirky vibe. Amazing beach views. Comfortable bed. Im just sorry we only got to stay one night. I hope to come back one day.

Beautifully restored mid-century hotel! We have a family house down the street but visited when Lola’s opened and took a tour of the hotel. A few weeks later during a weekend of lots of extended family, my family camped out at the Nevada. It was spectacular! Greeted upon arrival with some cucumber infused water for the kids and a glass of wine for me. Was lead up to room 36 on the corner. Stunning views of Long Sands. The theme carried throughout and nothing was forgotten! There was even a streamer in the room ;) Ate at Lola’s which my kids just love. We all slept like babies and awoke to the crashing of waves on the beach. A magical mini-vacation ;)

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and loved the artwork and vibe. The hotel is located across from the beach and we stayed in a room that had terrific views. The retro appliances were charming. Sad we missed the tiki bar hours, as the bar looked amazing!

This place has a very cool vibe. The retro decor is quite appealing, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location, across the street from the beach make it very desirable. I really enjoyed my short stay here.
