La chambre pmr n' a pas été conçue pour un fauteuil roulant mais pour une personne debout avec des difficultés physiques. Exemples : la porte d'entrée trop lourde à ouvrir seule, le WC coincé dans un coin de la salle de bains, difficile à contourner pour faire des transferts, le lavabo trop haut et trop loin pour se laver les mains et les dents, les produits trop hauts pour se servir, les portes manteaux trop hauts. Trop de contrariétés ont gâché ce séjour. Je pense que cette chambre n' a pas été labellisé tourisme handicap.

Superbe vue depuis notre chambre donnant sur l’océan. Chambre vieillotte cependant. Manque de prises électriques. Correctement équipée au point de vue des sanitaires. Bistrot très sympathique et serveuse de bons conseils ne poussant pas à la consommation.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans votre établissement. Tout était super :) chambre très spacieuse et très belle vue sur l'océan, idéal pour s'endormir avec le bruit des vagues ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est super, que ce soit de l'accueil à la team petit déjeuner et bar, tout le monde est souriant, très gentil, serviable, disponible, que dire de plus ! Le restaurant est excellent, nous avons dîné un soir et nos deux plats étaient vraiment délicieux :) Nous reviendrons, c'est certain, nous avons trouvé notre "seconde maison" pour les vacances !

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten auf Wunsch das Zimmer in gleicher Kategorie wechseln. Schöner Blick auf Strand, Mole und Ozean. Bett sehr bequem, Bettwäsche sehr gut, Zimmer stets sauber. Bad ausreichend groß. Wir vermissten Kleiderschrank und Schubfächer - das ist wohl Geschmackssache. Frühstück ausgezeichnet (mit frischgepresstem O-Saft), Restaurant auch zum Abendessen sehr gut. Viel Wert war uns der abgeschlossene Parkplatz.

Séjourner au Baya est une expérience unique, à faire de passage sur la côte landaise pour un weekend ou en vacances. La suite panoramique a une vue imprenable sur l'océan, à en couper le souffle. La chambre est magnifique, le lit très confortable. Une bulle de douceur ! Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié et gourmand, un vrai plaisir. Enfin, l'équipe du Baya est aux petits soins, agréable et accueillante.
