Tivemos uma ótima experiência no Cerro Azul. O atendimento, sem exceção, é fantástico. A estrutura é sensacional, em todos os quesitos. A recreação (adulta e infantil) também foi incrível. Os passeios e atividades disponíveis são bem agradáveis e divertidos. O café da manhã/tarde e o almoço/jantar são muito bons. E se tiver sorte de chegar numa época com poucos hóspedes ainda desfruta de pratos a lá carte muito saborosos. Nós adoramos tudo e as crianças, muito mais. Isso sem falarmos da companhia adorável do Boris. E sim, é verdade. Lá "você voa sem tirar os pés do chão".

Nota 10. Tudo impecável. Os funcionários são ótimos, muito gentis e prestativos. As atividades são muito bem pensadas. Refeições maravilhosas. Cada refeição eu me surpreendia positivamente com algum prato maravilhoso. O local é lindo e no hotel você tem a sensação de exclusividade e muitos momentos. E eles tiveram muito carinho na minha recepção em razão do meu casamento e vi que tambem deram atenção ao aniversário de uma criança que estava hospedada. Os animais são muito bem cuidados e os funcionários parecem felizes de trabalhar no hotel. Com certeza voltarei lá!
