Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Canton, GA

This hotel is always my choice when visiting Canton, GA. The service is always impeccable, the rooms very clean and fresh, and hallways, lobby, and dining area are spotless. I've stayed at this establish over 70 days in a little over a year andhalf, both on business and leisure, and they're always exceptional. If you're looking for great lodging, and peace while you're abroad, then I encourage to stay at this wonderful hotel.

The staff are the best part of this hotel. It really needs major renovations. For a two week trip, we had to shower in cold water for two days because the hot water went out. For two days the elevator was out of order, after someone was stuck inside it. The gym needs new equipment. The rooms are okay. The key cards to go into the rooms constantly stopped working. Had to have them reactivate it about ten times. The staff said the metal trash cans in the dining have metal screws inside. It constantly rips the bags when they are emptying them. They can’t run the microwave and oven at the same time. Makes it longer for them to prepare breakfast.

From the moment you enter this bastion of hospitality nirvana to the moment you depart, your senses are awash with bliss and splendor. If you're fortunate enough to be welcomed by Kim or Isaid at the front desk, then you'll know what entering heaven's gates is like. There's a hallowed glow about their faces, and service benevolence that is equal to the great Yogis who meditate along the Ganges. Me thinks a choir of angels sang when they spoke! The pantry, located next to the front desk, is replete with treasures of sweetness and nectars of your choosing. When I tried the coffee in their reception ¹area, well, my eyes swelled with tears and I wept like a fat lady in a bathtub filled with donut holes. It's as though Juan Valdez himself placed me on his donkey and led me through his Java fields! Staci, another service ambassador, is a cross between a warm glass of milk with cookies, and TMZ news who's always in the know about community events. The elevator ride is like taking a space shuttle into the big bosom of a cinnamon scented grandma while she's kneading country bread and singing your favorite Megadeath song. Crossing the threshold of your room's door is similar to stepping onto a cloud of marshmallows sprinkled with chocolate sauce and giggles. I participated in their synchronized swim aerobics, and became their endearing mascot, The Human Dolphin. Of course, I don't have a blow hole. Please give this place a try! You'll be happy you did.

By far the best hotel in the Canton, GA area. Why do I say this? The service is impeccable across the spectrum of their operations, and the cordialness of the staff is remarkably consistent. From the moment of check-in, to breakfast, interacting with their wonderful housekeeping staff, and responsiveness to special requests. The service level is exceptional, and it starts with Nick, their amazing General Manager. I've stayed with them for over 60 days within the past year, both on business and leisure, and I never had an unpleasant experience. Not once! As a matter of fact, they never cease to surprise me with their incredible hospitality. If you're looking at other Choice hotels in the area, and others who belong to other hotel groups, then I urge you to try this amazing establishment. You will not be disappointed! Every employee is an ambassador of service excellence, and if you're seeking the best value for your purchase dollar, then stay here. Vincent

Didn't actually stay there. A couple of days before check-in, I came down with Shingles so couldn't go. We were past the cancellation date, so called the day of check-in, and the manager let us cancel. So nice of them. If we are ever in Canton again, will stay there.

Country inn & suites was a very good place to stay when you need to get away or do any type of family or business. I recommended it to stay here. I had a good night sleep to two nights I was here. The coworkers here was very respectful and nice. If I have to come back I recommended to come back to country Inn & suites. Thank you

We come to thi@ hotel quite often to be able to visit our Grandsons. We have never had any complaints. Beautiful grounds, rooms, and staff. So friendly. We love staying here. The breakfast in the morning is always great, and so are the cookies. We will always stay here when in town.

This hotel smells terrible. It is not clean and is very outdated. Staff was friendly and helped when our key did not work. Keys are finicky and elevator is slow. Others in our group stayed at the Hampton Inn and it was much nicer.
