"An old hotel with a beautiful and pleasant design, but without maintenance. WC with a hole. When we arrived the bathroom was with the seat of the screwed toilet, I didn't know if it was dirt or cleaning product; I was putting a gel alcohol on the seat. Swimming pool with well-scure water, without conditions of use. Morning coffee, okay. Cafe-services and friendly roommates. Night receptionist without much willingness to take care: the convenience machine did not descend the salad I bought and he said he had no to do. The morning receptionist told me the WhatsApp for complaint and money transfer. Finally, some issues to be observed by the owners."

"The hotel is very wet, the bathroom furniture is dismantling with moisture. The hotel is noisy, which makes it difficult to sleep in the night. Air conditioning is noisy in the room too. Breakfast is good, but the washing service is a risk. I made a deal with the manager to repair the damage, but it was only on the prons, and I wouldn't have to host me again."
