A pousada é bacana, mas o atendimento deixou a desejar. Reservamos o quarto com antecedência e no dia do check-in, o recepcionista informou que havia ocorrido problemas elétricos que levaram a um princípio de incêndio. Desse modo, não tinha mais quartos disponíveis para nós. Aí resolveram colocar a gente numa pousada com um padrão inferior, sem café da manhã e mais distante da Broadway, isso sem nos avisar com antecedência. Quando questionamos, ele disse que seria só uma diária e poderíamos chegar no café da manhã que já teria um quarto disponível. Assim foi resolvida a situação. Mas não gostaríamos de ter passado por esse transtorno. Obs: Isso não ocorreu só com a gente, outro casal que conhecemos na casa, passou pela mesma situação. Acho, tirando essa situação chata, a viagem foi muito boa canoa é massa e gostamos das instalações da pousada, precisa melhorar só o atendimento.

The hotel is very good, but the check-in service was a little confused, especially when we chose the room, and there was a little communication between the reception and the staff.
