We were guests for 3 nights, booked online communicating only one name, upon arrival they didn't ask us for documents even though there were 2 of us, the lady at the reception, the one with a ”birthmark” on her neck, really to be avoided, no desire and willingness to understand and/or help the customer with information! Acceptable as a room, non-existent cleaning for the entire stay. Overall acceptable for very short stays.

The hotel is not located in the center of Cannes and it may take ten minutes to take a taxi from the Shadow Festival Palace. Because the factory to visit is nearby, I usually stay at this hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot, large, ample parking space, suitable for self-driving. The room is of a good size, and it is possible to put down one of the 26-inch suitcases that are open. If it is a double occupancy and there are two large suitcases, it is estimated to be narrow. The room is equipped with an electric hot water bottle and the mattress quilt is more comfortable. The hotel's best is the variety of breakfast and dinner (all buffets), better than some four-star hotel breakfast, this is my most satisfied.

Residence au top ! Perfect price quality ratio, a very nice team and listening. I recommend this residence 100% closer to the sea and parking included. I come back for my next holidays. Small more: only 10min bus and very nice to walk

Friendly staff, very communicative and helpful. Good breakfast selection and comfortable rooms which were cleaned daily. This is a basic business hotel with no frills but perfectly adequate for a 4 night stay. I was able to travel to Cannes very easily by road in 10 minutes, or a pleasant 45 minute walk along the seafront.

Had a great time, the complex itself is fine, we were lucky and had a recently refurbished room with brand new kitchen air-con and furniture. Don't expect to be in the centre of Cannes, it's about a 25 minute walk to the port, so doable if you're up to it and you can stop off at the very Cabins on the way for a drink or snack. The pools are great and the beach is literally across the road! Parking is a little tricky, but we managed to get one right outside on the street as ours didn't include a space in the underground car park, but there are spaces by the beach and there is a car park just around the corner. Superb bakery just a short walk away and the usual superb mini markets with everything you'll need.

was great to find this apartment with all the necessary we need for a short trip to Cannes during the Film Festival! Just by the beach but in a very quiet and good location. Parking was proved with an extra tax, the Blue Café was nice and convenient with a good coffee and breakfast. All together we were pleasantly satisfied with our stay!
