Kimi Résidence has free parking and it meets basic needs. We stayed in the ground floor room with small kitchen - stove microwave and toaster
The bathroom doorknob was loose and the main door was hard to open with a key.
The room decor was very cozy and the beds were comfy.

Waiting 20 minutes before someone welcomed me, I went back to my room and stayed for 10 minutes with my watch in hand. Very very dirty, coffee stain around coffee maker, rusty towel dryer from splashes of urine because next to the toilet, dust behind the TV, very dirty floors, horribly dirty extension cord and so on. Not very welcoming. I packed up and left immediately without even asking for a refund. My only regret is not having taken photos. Flee this place.
