Eric was a superb host and the breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. Our only concern was that the bathroom was not en-suite. We had to walk out of the bedroom, down a short corridor and then to our private bathroom. The door locks were also a bit tricky. It was great to have private parking.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in Cannes verbracht. Das ist auch große Verdienst von Eric gewesen, der sich als perfekter Gastgeber erwies. 🤗 Er war mehr als vorbereitet, wir haben von ihm eine komplette Planungshilfe mit Karten und jede wichtige Infos, Tipps, Vorschläge bekommen. Er hat an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht, was während eines Urlaub nutzlich und hilfreich sein kann. Hinter dem Haus stand es auch einen persönlichen Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Bett war traumhaft gemütlich, wir haben dort sehr gut geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und modern, liegt sehr verkehrsversgünstig und doch ruhig. Es gibt einen tollen Strand in der Nähe, wohin man durch eine kleine, schön dekorierte und auch für Filmklassikerfans interessante Unterführung laufen kann. Das von Eric vorbereitete Frühstück auf dem kleinen Balkon war großartig, mit einer reichen Auswahl an Baguettes, Obst, Käse und anderen Leckereien. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden gerne jeder Zeit zurück! Danke nochmals für Alles!😇

Juste parfait ! Une chambre soignée, meublée avec goût, sdb impeccable, bonne literie, petit déjeuner copieux et eau et boisson chaude en libre service, balcon et parking

Eric had thought of EVERYTHING! His attention to detail was second to none, breakfast amazing, paper bags to take away what you couldn't finish, endless supply of sparkling and spring water, great choice of coffees and teas available 24/7. It is the only B&B that I have stayed that provides good quality beach towels, parasols and state of the art lightweight sunbeds! Eric went over and above with everything, nothing was too much hassle...he has a kind heart and we really felt welcomed, free and at home there! Hard to leave! Thank you Eric for making our first trip to Cannes exceptional xxx

Un séjour sans fausse note ! Accueil chaleureux, hôte très attentionné, chambre tout confort avec salle de bain privée, petit déjeuner copieux. Un B&B situé au calme et à 5 minutes de la Croisette et des plages. Mon mari et moi avons passés trois nuits inoubliables et c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons à cette adresse !
