Nice clean room.
Confortable bed.
Walking distance to most of the spots. Shopping, running by the beach, dining. It's was perfect at a reasonable price. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Highly recommended hotel!
It is in an excellent location, a stone's throw from the Croisette. It has parking, with valet, at €20/day. Nice rooms, comfortable bed. High-end bath products (Clarins).

am writing to you today to convey my extreme level of disappointment with my experience at at M Gallery Croisette Beach in Cannes.
My reservation was booked via ******* travel for 22 July to 24 July 2024 and I was very much looking forward to my stay at the M Gallery Hotel in Cannes based on my recent stay and experience in Bodrum, Turkey M Gallery.
I am writing this note to express my deep level of dissatisfaction at so many parts of the experience when I checked in to the hotel as they were terrible and require to be addressed and fixed.
I will describe in detail below!
Upon arriving at the hotel, it was horrible as the hotel was not prepared to deal with traffic and guest check in on the night of Cannes Firework Show.
Their is no clear signage on the hotel on a dark street which helped to confirm that we had arrived at our destination, the front door attendant didn’t help with laggiage check in or parking valet as he mostly watched. The hotel front desk manager was frustrated that we were frustrated at my concerns and it took several minutes to even enter the hotel!!
In today’s modern age, this is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel in the height of the holiday travel season!!
The experience to gain access cards and check in was very difficult as there was an upgrade and payment for 2 separate beds and a balcony with a view and none of this was the case upon arriving to the room!!!!

This hotel was a big surprise for a 4 star and was better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in
The staff were amazing from day one to the end and could not do enough for us
We have already recommended them to friends and we will come back again and again !

Great size rooms, bed very comfy, bathroom clean. very friendly staff. Could do with more surface area in bedroom to put items out on like hairbrush, creams etc! Only complaint was that the bar closed at 11pm and earlier if it wasnt being used. would stay again
