Hôtel bien placé, calme, très propre, personnel accueillant et bienveillant, tout particulièrement Anastasia à la réception qui est adorable, très consciencieuse et au petit soin pour les clients de l'hôtel. J'ai passé un séjour en toute sérénité et dans de bons conditions. Je recommande ce hôtel.

L’hotel è sito a pochi passi dalla là croisette, la camera , di media grandezza , presenta una moquette anni 80, con un letto particolarmente scomodo , assenza di set di cortesia , bagno incastonato in uno stanzino , l’hotel è abbastanza vecchio , poco curato e non igienicamente corretto… ma il vero punto debole è la colazione, poca scelta , prodotti di media qualità , personale di sala poco attento che non parla inglese , diciamo neanche una parola … L’ascensore , unico per sei piani , è spesso occupato e/o bloccato ai piani, massiccia presenza di zanzare , suggerisco una disinfestazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo, però siamo in periodo di fiera nautica. Nell’insieme , caotici nel servizio , stanza umile, poco puliti , poco scelta a colazione, prezzi alti , trovo di buono solo la posizione e lo sforzo , inefficace , del personale che tenta di “tirare avanti”.

We return to this property every year for the Cannes Film Festival and every year the embrace we receive from the team is so appreciated. They are masters of hospitality and always make you feel like a VIP guest. The hotel is walking distance to La Croisette, in a wonderful central area and yet you're just far enoigh from the chaos to feel like you're on holiday. I can't applaud the Sun Riviera team more. Merci mes amis. See you next year
