There's no traditional front desk; all check-in instructions and information are sent via email, which is perfectly fine for experienced travelers. The interior was very clean, and it had all the essential facilities you'd expect from a hostel: communal bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room. I felt completely safe during my stay. Given the high hotel prices in Banff during the summer, this place truly offers unbeatable value for money."
