Não é primeira vez que nós hospedamos no Tissiani, porém me decepcionei pela primeira vez. A reposição do café da manhã, não está no padrão que sempre encontramos…e, infelizmente, nos deparamos com uma recepcionista que deveria muito rever seus conceitos e suas atitudes. O hotel sempre foi excelente, só que dessa vez, ficamos um tanto quanto tristes.

Experiência bacana, alerta para falta de limpeza nas cortinas sujas e apresentavam mofo...café da manhã, faltando reporte de alimentos pontuais e importantes...mesas sujas, atendentes insuficientes...da pra melhorar. De resto localização muito boa. Quarto bom, bem dividido.

Este Hotel em Canela tem tudo para ser muito bom, como localização, quartos confortáveis, limpeza e café da manhã bem variado. Porém dependendo da funcionária que esteja na recepção, o atendimento é muito ruim. Com isso o máximo que eu posso classificar este hotel é como BOM.

Bom hotel, o melhor de tudo é a localização dele, pois fica pertinho do centro e de fácil acesso para gramado se você for de carro. Bom custo-benefício também, mas tenha em mente que é um hotel mais antigo, o conforto não é aquelas coisas. Café da manhã bom.
