My recent stay at Golden Tulip Goa was a mix of positives and a few areas for improvement. The rooms were average in quality and could benefit from some minor repairs and polish, especially on doors and fixtures. The washrooms also needed a deeper cleaning to enhance the overall experience. However, the highlight of our stay was the staff – they were incredibly helpful and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was good, adding a pleasant touch to our dining experience. With a few tweaks in room maintenance, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better stay.

We had been to Golden Tulip at the end of October 24, unfortunately our booking was done for a different date by mistake. I would like to thank the hotel for accommodating us and allocating us the room prior to the stipulated check-in time. Rinisha and Paramita handled the situation really well at the reception and ensured we had a quality time in the hotel for ***** with our family. Appreciate the superb customers centricity showcased by the hotel.
