Hi, they gave us room around 40 minutes later than check in time ,and room was so smelly , we were trying and calling around an hour to change it. WiFi in room was awful, the air conditioner was too noisy that we could barely sleep.
The service including restaurants , bars and waiters were way less than average. We booked for all inclusive but food variations was bad , we should’ve waited long time for each meal , and they were treating us like they’re giving us free food.
In beach many times we ordered drink that they didn’t bring for us. The attitude of employees in general wasn’t professional but in my opinion it was manager’s fault , employees wasn’t well trained.
I never return to this hotel because of price over 300 usd per night but the service is not even average.

Han sido las vacaciones en dónde peor trato he recibido. Solo 5-6 personas nos han ofrecido un buen trato, fuera de eso hemos recibido un pésimo servicio. Adicional, las instalaciones son deplorables, la comida es muy mala, los buffets son sumamente escasos, no respetan el "todo incluido" en bebidas (te dan lo que quieren), no se respetan las actividades que se anuncian como parte de las amenidades, etc etc.

I was vacationing during October 4 to October 12. Mt experience was as follows: I spent most of the time in the Beach, Volleball Court and Pool Area. Also participated in some of the events that were provided by the resort. Also every night I was in the Bar area and noioticed the service provided by the people in tghe bar was outstanding. I would like to thank Francelyn for the service provided to our group and specififcally me. Would I come back to this resort? due to teh service provided in the Beach, the pool and in the Bar definetly I would come back. I strongly recomend this place. Once again, special thanks to Francelyn for the dedicatiion and servie provided to tghe people that were in the bar every night.

Buen hotel, la alberca muy limpia, la comida deliciosa aunque, desde mi punto de vista, muy pobre el menú. El equipo de animación excelente, mención honorífica para Didier, llévenselo al 3 Ríos cuando se re inaugure. La playa hermosa!!!!!

I’m a member and was very disappointed with my recent stay. It was my first visit in 14 years. When I made the reservation, the representative didn’t mention that the pool would be closed or that the Hacienda wasn’t available. He made it sound like the Sunset resort was more fun, but in reality, Hacienda was closed for construction. The resort is in serious need of remodeling. The restaurants and our room were always uncomfortably hot, with poor air circulation. The shower had low pressure, and the drain didn’t work well, so we ended up standing in water during showers. The food options were mediocre, and I even lost weight during the trip because of it. The only decent meal we had was at the Asian restaurant at the other resort. Some of the staff were nice and helpful, but others, particularly in the restaurants, were less friendly. The pool was also under construction all week, which was disappointing. Communication from the staff was lacking—they didn’t inform us about many important details. On the positive side, the beach is beautiful and easily accessible, and the location is close to the clubs. Despite the resort's shortcomings, my friends and Lupita helped make my birthday special.

Sin duda una experiencia all inclusive, lo mejor de este hotel es su salida al mar amplia y siempre tiene espacio. Y lo mejor de todo es que te llevan hasta el almuerzo a la arena, las instalaciones del hotel son muy agradables y lo que hace que sea una gran experiencia es la calidad de atención al cliente de cada uno de sus trabajadores.

las camas de todas las habitaciones que nos tocaron los colchones ya estan para la basura. les recomiendo que hagan una prueba personal para que se sercioren se unden de en medio y quedas todo encorbado. mi descanso se volvio una situacion peor
