I booked a hotel for a friend. Overall it was okay. The main reason was that it was close to the city center and easy to get in and out. The hotel must have been a few years old but the location was good.

The room was very small, the window was facing the interior corridor, there was no window facing the outside in the room, the bed was very old, the WC and shower were old, there was no minibar, towels, slippers, kettle, and no wardrobe. The booking note was unrealistic, there was no elevator, the price was very reasonable.

The hotel is simple, very very clean, the rooms are just as shown in the photos and all the staff are very very friendly. We completely enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it has a very good location, almost everything was close to us, apart from it being in a safe area and with everything we need at hand: hospital, Mercado 28, banks, restaurants, Oxxo stores , souvenir shops and even Walmart is a few minutes walk away. Without hesitation I would return to this hotel, it was an excellent place to get to rest

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's close to the main bus station for the airport or other travel excursions. It's close to shops, restaurants, nightlife, and other local food vendors. The room was not the best as the TV didn't work and had cables all busting down the bottom. The shower only had cold water but if you ran it for 5mins it warmed up a bit. The toilet wouldn't flush and no fresh water was available. A man came up and fixed the TV and toilet but it was not a great first impression. The Hotel claimed to have a pool and shuttle available but that wasn't true. The pool is at another cation pretty far on the hotel zone plus you have to pay like any other person off the street can. The shuttle is a ca they call and you have to pay for that as well. There were two women at the front desk. One was great the other didn't care much at all and it showed.

Me aloje 01 noche (06 Nov 2021) y que bueno que no fueron más: 1. labicación no es buena, te alejas de varias zonas 2. La habitación si es limpia pero no nos dieron papel de baño, la TV no funcionaba, las cotinas no cerraban totalmente, el grifo del baño estaba en mal estado (casi se sale) 3. Dentro de la habitación nos dan 01 caja fuerte (básico en muchos hoteles) sin embargo esta no funcionaba esta totalmente bloqueada 4. Las habitaciones no tienen nada de aislamiento al ruido, se escucha el llando de niños, la conversación de otros huespedes... no es nada agradable y peor si les toca en el mismo piso familias enteras con niños pequeños (el llanto es muy molesto) Conclusión: No lo recomiendo
