Hotel semplice ma pulito, personale veramente gentile ed accogliente.La struttura non è situata. centralissima ma ha i pulman a due passi ed è semplicissimo raggiungere ogni posto. Veramente complimenti per la gentilezza.

El personal del hotel es muy amable y el hotel es muy aseado, sin embargo hay algo que no nos gustó, el hotel se ubica al frente de un bar donde tienen música puesta la mayor parte de la noche y cierran a las 3am. Un consejo sería que si salen, no lleguen muy tarde.

We waited in the lobby and communicated with the hotel clerk using google translate. She was very nice. We get into the room and within a couple of minutes I knew I couldn’t stay there. The walls were gross and dirty. The smell of mildew in the shower was significant. There was a very strong chemical odour. The sheets were stained and dirty. This hotel was spectacular at having photos that made it look like a cute boutique hotel. They refused my refund for my entire stay and so did *******. I was on the phone as soon as I arrived trying to cancel my reservation. I was sincerely concerned they had sprayed some sort bedbug chemical and I just could not risk staying there with my children. I want to add that have stayed in stinky us motels on the way to Florida because others were sold out, and I have never complained. I have also travelled extensively. This is the first bad review I have ever left for a hotel.
