The quality of the business. Professionalism and staff sympathy. Optimale location to relax. Excellent environment. Excellent to relieve stress and recover forces. The only (uncontrollable) other way was the wind that made feel in the pool.

I’m writing this review from this stunning hotel in Cancun. If you need some couples time, this is the best place! Nizuc hotel and spa in Cancun Mexico. From where to begin, we took the penthouse with private pool in the room. Hubs booked a package with following services. The view is unbelievable! They are super nice. The spa and hydrotherapy are included in our reservation. The massage therapists offered us variety of services, including aromatherapy, hot stone massage, deep tissue followed by an hour of hydratherapy which is an amazing experience in itself! From hot steam room, sauna, to ice cold water, to hot stone bed, to scalp and foot massage all included in our package. We also kayaked and enjoyed the adults only pool. The bar is suBmerged in water. Pretty cool! Now talking about food. It’s amazing 😍 indochime, Peruvian restaurant and morning buffet (which was included in our package). The service, the food is literally out of the world. If you’re staying in a penthouse you get a private butler. Now the cost, it’s on pricier side, but since we were doing only 2 nights for my milestone bday we indulged🙈. It ended up costing us 1900$/night for 2 nights including everything. But we really enjoyed. It was an unforgettable experience! — at Nizuc Resort and Spa.

Our first night we sat and dined at 'the Palapa' and had no problems however the next morning for breakfast when we found a table and sat a young lady came and told us that the next time we needed to wait for her to seat us and it felt as if we were being scolded for not knowing that.

In the old hotel, when you enter the door, there is a huge cabinet like a disinfection cabinet for you to stand in and disinfect. Every breakfast, you can see the staff cleaning and disinfecting on the beach chairs. Be careful during the epidemic~ There is nothing to say about the external environment, and the interior of the room is old. The all-inclusive restaurant has French food, Italian food and Mexican food. The ingredients, vegetables are not the freshest, the meat parts are not the best parts, the taste, the Chinese stomach can not stand it after two days... Those who like western food, please ignore it~
Oasis Palm - All Inclusive

The room old and dated and too small for four people. Using the hot tap in the room sounds like an aeroplane is taking off. Not hot water in the shower and the shower doesn’t stay at head height. Found previous guests hairs on the pillow. There was loud playing music outside by the pool area until 11pm. Reception area is too hot and not pleasant. Check in staff didn’t explain anything about the hotel when we checked in. The pool area is too small for the number of guests so rammed with kids and people. Sun beds are cheap looking plastic. Food is mediocre and chairs in the restaurant uncomfortable. Coke is completely flat with no bubbles. Service is woeful and there is no care for guest satisfaction. Manager and staff wouldn’t change the room to something better without us paying more money despite all the complaints.
Krystal Cancun All Inclusive

Recently spent a lovely week at the Krystal with 7 other girlfriends. There was something of interest to do for all of us. What was particularly nice, were the staff. Very attentive and absolutely did not hesitate to go the extra mile. Lucero was amazing! It really makes a difference when you are pampered and meant to feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend a stay here! You won't be disappointed.
