"Overall, my stay here was exceptionally satisfying. The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless, the bedding was pristine and odor-free, and even the bathroom corners were thoroughly cleaned, which made me feel very secure about the disinfection efforts. The hotel's location is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with lush surroundings, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The lobby and public areas are also designed with great style. The service was a definite highlight; every staff member, from check-in to check-out, was smiling and friendly. The front desk efficiently handled my check-in and patiently provided information about the local area, and room service was incredibly prompt. As for facilities, the bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was stable, and the gym equipment was quite new. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"Room little bit too small but cozy, shower very powerful and hot. The hotel is 20 minutes by walk from CBD, so the location is good, there is transportation around the hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful Saturday night there was music coming probably from the bar on the 6th floor till late"

"Thr room is OK for me and the view of high level is great, u can have some great shot of Canberra at the balcony at the end. But the main entrance of the site is quite restricted coz it is only entry from Northbourne Ave, other annex parking need to through the bar gate, I have not ask the staff to know how to go through."

"Disappointing, I participated in the National AGM of the largest association in the world and the hotel ran out of one of the most popular tap beer and white wine, just one hour after the guests checked-in/arrived. The hotel advertised 1 hour happy hour every day but the Op Manager staff the bar with only one bartender. Guests lining up for half hour to get the happy hour deal, to be told, "sorry, the 'happy hour' is finished. The AGM room lighting set up absolutely poor, hard to see and hear anyone, the committee having to re-organise the room. If it wasn't for the every day cleaning the room and the breakfast service, I would have ranked the hotel less than 3 stars, at @ 279/night. I have stayed at other properties in Canberra, such as Kurajong Hotel, for less money but for exceptional experience."

"Accommodation was showing signs of wear and tear. Rubbish was not emptied. Repairs not effected in the room. Supplied bathroom plug did not fix sink or bathtub. The hair conditioner bottle was empty so not checked. Bed lamp didn’t work. Air conditioner was substandard in our room. On a positive note, the bed was comfortably"
