Mixed but value for money, it remains a good choice.
Decoration a little outdated but not dilapidated. Beware of smells in some rooms, you have to check and change, the staff is very pleasant for that, no grimaces. In general the staff is very polite, very attentive, very young but willing.
The breakfast is nice but not more, more reserved for the taste of locals and Asians. It is very well kept despite a very poorly arranged arrangement of the stations. Fresh, tasty, balanced local dishes, but again, it is frustrating for a European.
The location is off-center but remains very pleasant and the view is superb on the Mekong itself, do not hesitate to enjoy this view.
Prefer the expensive rooms whose value for money is unbeatable, rather than the rather banal basics. Hotel that accepts many tour groups, beware of the rush

The location is at the old station so it's at the end of the road, there are no restaurants around, little breakfast food, car parking is not as described in the picture,

The hotel is relatively old. By the river. You have to take a taxi to get into the city. The service staff are very friendly. The hotel has a swimming pool. gym. There are also outdoor paid restaurants

However, the only drawback is that the appearance of the hotel is a bit old, the exterior walls need to be repainted, and the swimming pool is not clean enough.
