This hotel is right by the sea, but not all rooms can see the full sea. There is no beach in this section of the sea is reef, but the scenery is also very good, below is a bike path suitable for running cycling, straight to the city center.
The breakfast is rich in variety and is very suitable for vacation.
My parents (70s), sister and our daughters (7,9) found this traditional family run hotel to be very friendly and perfect for our 4 night stay. Nothing was too much trouble, My dad asked to borrow a kettle and a corkscrew, both loaned with smiles. The staff are professional and courteous. Yes it's slightly dated but we enjoyed our stay more than a previous stay in a shiny, modern, rather impersonal hotel. The location is perfect, the breakfast traditional and plentiful. Our rooms suited us. My parents had a balcony looking over the square at the front of the hotel. We had a huge suite with plenty of space, no balcony but with 2 young children, we didn't miss it as we couldn't sit still for too long!!! The communal areas are homely, there are bikes to hire and a pool table. There was some noise overnight, from others moving around I think but earplugs sorted that, plus tiredness from swimming in the sea! I would stay here again.
The location was good, close to the bus stop for the airport direct bus and the bus from Palma, and close to the coast. When I asked them to exchange money, they kindly exchanged money and were very helpful. I would like to use it again when I go again.

Amazing apartment hotel 15 min from Palma city center. The view from (all) the rooms is incredible, the front desk staff (Andrea & Co) are the best and the house keeping crew does an excellent job and are always super friendly and helpful. Rooms are fresh, good standard with proper kitchen and comfortable beds. The balconies and terraces are fantastic with the larger suites equipped with whirlpools. The hotel is literally on the the beach. Highly recommended for families, couples or group of friends. We will keep coming back!
Am I the first one on Ctrip? Actually, I did not stay in this hotel. Because when he checked in, he said that the system was broken and there was no way to handle it, so let us go to their sister hotel and call us a taxi. The sister hotel is not far away. It is estimated to be 300 meters away. The taxi fare is borne by the hotel. At the time of the time, the page shows that 2 adults can be accommodated for 1 child free of charge, but at the sister hotel we have to pay an extra child's money and taxes. What else? Anyway, 2 nights a total of 40 euros seems to be. The room is the level of the hotel. No hot water bottle. No coffee maker. Tea, instant coffee. This is no drop. The air conditioning in the room is as long as the balcony door is open. Will stop the drop by yourself. The hotel was originally early, and because of the change of the hotel, we were given dinner. So our daily breakfast and dinner were eaten in the hotel. The dinner dishes are changed every day, and the aunt who closes is particularly diligent. Beverages are charged as usual. The hotel is very close to the airport. Take the bus to the door of the city of Parma. Very convenient. The beach at the door is nice. In the evening, the sun goes down to dig and dig the sand. After the downhill, there are a lot of food and drink on the avenue. It is also very lively. This island is the European Sanya. Asians are really few. Hahaha
The location is right in the middle of Palma beach. The hotel is almost connected to the beach. Since it is the off-season, most of the shops on the beach side are closed. The sea water is too cold, so winter is not the season to go into the water. However, the hotel's swimming pool is heated, and there are also guests swimming in the pool.
The rooms all face the sea. The rooms are very large and have bathtubs. Each room also has a terrace, which is also super large.
It's just that the decoration is simple, bottled water is not supplied, and the shampoo/hair conditioner/shower gel and hair dryer are all hung on the wall, which is unprecedented in a 5-star hotel. Fortunately, I brought toilettes, but I gave up on the wall-mounted hair dryer. It was completely useless and I slept with my hair wet.
The staff are very welcoming. When I arrived, they almost rushed out to push my luggage for me. I was a little scared. There would also be a welcome drink and a goodbye drink when I arrived and when I left. Acceptable off season value.
There were so many people at breakfast, and the buffet breakfast was totally unappetizing, except for smoothie.
The hotel pool is nice, with indoor and outdoor facilities, but when we went, the weather was still a bit cold, so it was useless. The room was clean, with a balcony, and it was very close to places to eat on foot.
I agree with others’ comments about the cleanliness and friendliness (and lovely smiles) of all staff at the unpretentious Tent Capi Playa, the lukewarm buffet dishes, and the lack of bedroom fridge and tea/coffee making facility………… but there is a safe and hairdryer…… and hot and cold drinks machines in the foyer available 24/7. I loved the concept of a brunch service, available from 08.30 till 01.30; you can visit as often as you like and eat as much as you like. They even put out pizza slices later in the session. I couldn’t find an English-language TV channel………. seems to require the hotel to connect to a cable service?........ though there are loads of Spanish, French and German channels. The pool is quite small (no-one used it during my March visit) and there are sun loungers, bean bags, ‘normal’ tables and chairs….. and even a couple of hammocks! Sadly, they play awful and loud “music” over the outdoor loudspeaker system……… and, then, there’s those folk who cannot go on holiday without using their mobile phones incessantly! There are loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the local bendy bus (mostly green and white) stop is just under 2 blocks away from the hotel. There are 2 services – the A2 goes to the airport (cost €5pp) and the No 25 goes to Palma in one direction and s’Arenal in the other (cost €2pp for any length of a single journey). If you’re coming to the hotel catch the bus labelled No A2 at the airport or “25 s’Arenal” from Palma and watch the onboard info screen for “Proxima parada (next stop) Balneari 9” and press one of the red stop buttons to alert the driver. The hotel is just around 200 yards back. Pay the driver with cash as you board (but don’t use a higher than €10 note), take your change and ticket. If you’re going to/from the airport, the journey time is about 25 minutes and runs at 45 minute intervals. If you’re going to Palma the bus is labelled “Catedral – Palma Express”. There’s a bus every 10 to 12 minutes or so and it takes around 35 minutes to the cathedral or about a further 10 minutes to “Proxima parada Placa d’Espanya” where the main island modern train and bus station (Estacio Intermodal) and historic Soller train station are both just across the busy road from the bus stop (“H”). Beware, though, the Palma bus could be hugely overcrowded, or full, especially at ‘rush’ hour heading for Palma…… and that was in March. Several times it was so full that it didn’t even stop though once or twice there was a second bus right behind. The historic train station is accessed through a café over the road to the left of the two low white buildings. You’ll probably need to buy a ticket in advance (online, one week beforehand) and I recommend you add the tram down to Port de Soller. I paid €39 for the combined round trip. The modern railway station is down the escalator to the left of the left-hand low white building to level -1 and the regional bus station (red/white/yellow busses) is via an
Breakfast is good, very close to the beach, the room has a terrace lounge chair, and a toiletries and a kettle are provided. The front desk is very nice, for us to explain to the 25th, 15th and 23rd roads in the capital of Parma, and to take the seesight line in the city of Parma. The ticket can be used within 24 hours, and you can get off at any classic. Guide Chinese. But when I checked out, the cleaning staff came to remind us, even slamming the door and knocking out my coat on the ground, it was quite awkward, it might just be 12:10. I haven’t arrived yet to express my dissatisfaction.
