Check-in was so lacking in this hotel. The Receptionist was a bit lazy to do his job. He asked me the reservation, told me to settle a bill before he gave me the cardkey but he never explained us anything about the hotel facilities and how the hotel works, just go take the lift and leave him alone.
Room is tiny and cheap from the floor to the ceiling.
I requested a doble bed and was confirmed by the agency and the receptionist but again they gave us 2 single beds joined together. The bed is like a cardboard including pillows. It’s like sleeping on the concrete floor. Bathroom is nice but no exhaust no ventilation. The cleaning lady forgot to replace the towels the next day, i had to call reception a couple of times.
Restaurant is the worst part.
We stayed for dinner during our first night and regretted doing it. Service is so faulty, we always have to call a staff for orders but they are very attentive and quick to bring the bill.
The buffet is properly decorated but the taste of the food is grouse. Food was dry and cold, a Chinese buffet in Palma is much better in quality.
Breakfast is the same as dinner, food is cold but none of the staff, not even the Restaurant Manager, even cared about it.
Overall????
Experience was too baD. This hotel that does not even meet a basic standards on Hospitality.
Staff is LAZY, food taste like leftovers and hard mattress.
